It was selected as the Best Japanese Blended Malt Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards in 2013, beating some very high calibre runners up, such as Nikka’s Taketsuru (another elite whisky). If you have ever tried it, we are sure that you understand why it has been so successful. This is a whisky that proves that Mars can compete with big boys, such as Nikka and Suntory.
