By the great Sadoya winery in Yamanashi, founded by Shiko Imai in 1917, this expression is part of the company’s hugely successful, Chateau Brillant range, which was first released to the public in the 1950.
Fruit is joined by umami notes of mushroom and meat. A subtle sourness and more evident spice, create a gorgeous balance. The wine is playful yet smooth, with balanced tannins adding some astringency.
