dekantā's 11th Anniversary Collector's Edition Single Malt whisky is almost ready for release. For this one, we worked with our partners at Kiyokawa to create a unique expression that breaks new ground in Japanese whisky.

It's a single cask expression produced at Kiyokawa's Iiyama Mountain Farm Distillery and matured in a single Marsala cask from Sicily. This is the first time a Japanese whisky has spent its full maturation period inside a Marsala Cask.

The result is a whisky of remarkable richness and depth, bringing together Japanese mountain terroir and the character of one of the world's most distinctive fortified wines. Fittingly, the cask is the 11th ever filled by Kiyokawa, making it a symbolic choice for this milestone anniversary release.
