The Koshi-No Shinobu Pure Malt Whisky was created in Niigata, an area known for its “Three White Treasures” – snow, rice and sake. It was made by creative distiller, Mr Usami, who hand-selected a number of ex-sherry cask and ex-bourbon cask whiskies from around the world before blending and finishing in Mizunara wood. The finish has instilled rich notes of incense, sandalwood and gentle spices on the smooth and moreish spirit. A beautiful creation.
