This private single cask bottling from the fantastic Shizuoka Distillery was distilled in 2018 and matured in a peated ex-bourbon barrel for around 3 years before bottling in 2022. It was bottled exclusively for Chagata Park and is limited to just 208 bottles, with few available on the market today. Another really fine creation from a distillery with a big future.
