The Miyagikyo is Nikka’s second distillery, being founded in 1969. The distillery uses chimney and large steel stills, so the whiskies from there tend to be fruity and light, in comparison with the more heavy Yoichi whiskies. This blended whisky is a special non-age statement release that is perfect for those wishing to try out the wonderful whiskies that come from the Miyagikyo distillery. This particular release is to commemorate the distillery’s 50th anniversary,
