This Yamazakura Pure Malt Whisky was created by Sasanakowa Shuzo, the owners of the up and coming Asaka distillery. It was created without chill-filtration and artificial colouring and was given a brandy cask finish that has imparted a range of rich, oaky and dry notes onto the fruity and lightly floral spirit. The combination works wonders on the nose and palate to create a drinking experience that you won't forget in a hurry. *This particular bottling was produced prior to the introduction of Japanese whisky labeling standards in February 2021.*
