This old & rare Yamazaki single malt is a single cask whisky from the famous Owner's Cask series, which allowed private individuals to purchase unique casks for Yamazaki whisky. Long gone are those days, but the quality, rarity and collectible nature of these expressions remains today. This particular expression was matured in a sherry cask for around 11 years before bottling, resulting in a rich, dark colour and a whole array of juicy and fruity notes just waiting to be explored. As one of just 489 bottles that came from the cask, this whisky is highly sought after by collectors around the globe. A piece of Japanese whisky history.
