Sunshine Whisky was the first whisky range that Wakatsuru Brewery launched in 1952, after receiving a license to produce whisky. The name “Sunshine” comes from suggestions by the general public, meant to describe the will of letting the sun rise again in Japan. This Sunshinerelease is a limited edition which rested for a short while in a Japanese red wine cask, for a deep, ruby finish.
