The Togouchi Amber is a blend of sherry cask whiskies that is as beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside. It brings delicious aromas of almonds, pear and bitter chocolate, before the palate arrives with black pepper spice, cinnamon, layered fruits and gentle smoke. The finish is long and sweet, with dried grapes and charred oak mingling in style. It's yet another fantastic release from Togouchi and as a Taiwan exclusive, it's hard to find anywhere online. A really nice creation from an up and coming brand.
