To create this beauty, he used blended Japanese whisky, vermouth, ginger and lemon, and the cocktail exhibits all of these and more, with gentle honeysuckle lingering throughout. It’s a superb creation that is best served in a coupe glass and is perfect as an aperitif. It’s also one of the easiest to make cocktails that simply requires stirring and straining.
