This Suntory Single Cask 1991 Bottle was distilled at the Yamazaki distillery in 1991 and matured for 16 years, before being bottled in 2007. This sherry cask was specially selected by the huge liquor retailer, Kawachiya, and with a limited number of bottles ever released, you’ll have a hard time finding it elsewhere.
