This unique Yamazaki Sherry Cask was released in 2012 and has since become very difficult to find on the market thanks to its popularity. As with all Yamazaki whiskies, you can expect a lot from this one on the nose, palate and finish, with rich notes of sticky toffee, treacle, dried fruits and Christmas cake marrying with spiced oak and white pepper. It's a truly superb creation and one should add to your collection while you can.
