Suntory is the oldest whisky making company in Japan. Its origins stretch back to a small shop, started in 1899 by Torii Shinjiro, which specialized in selling imported wines. This particular whisky is a Suntory century commemorative bottle, blended from carefully selected malts worthy of the century. This whisky was bottled in a memorable bottle in 2001 to celebrate a century of Suntory whisky, as well as the beginning of the 21st century. Presented in a slim rectangular bottle, it is a true collector’s item.
