A rare release from Suntory’s Reserve line, introduced as early as 1969 and relaunched in 1984 as the Reserve Silky variant. Silky represents the premium, artisan character of Japanese blended whisky during the 1980s, blending malt and grain from Suntory’s acclaimed Hakushu and Yamazaki distilleries.

Collectors value it not only for its age and scarcity but also for its nostalgic flavour, distinctly richer and more savoury than modern formulations

The Finish

Long, warming finish featuring cinnamon, vanilla, sweet malt, and lingering peppery notes.
