Suntory old whisky very rare by Suntory Limited, produced for the Sapporo 1972 Winter Olympics. As this is a special edition, it is quite rare, and therefore, perfect for the collector!

About the distillery, Suntory is a giant in the whisky producing field. It has produced innumerable award winning whiskies for both the domestic and export markets. Of these, both the single malts of Yamazaki and Hakushu often make the headlines but the distillery group also produces the sensational (and multiple award winning) Hibiki blended whisky, (aged at 12yo, 17yo, 21 yo and 30 yo) using spirit from the aforementioned distilleries as well as grain whisky from their Chita production plant. The 12yo Hibiki is noted for its fragrant, fruity aroma, which it partly obtains from additional maturation using Ume Plum Wine casks.
