This Single Malt Nagahama Islay Quarter Cask whisky is a brand new release from the exciting craft distillery. Initially matured in a bourbon cask, it was then transferred to an Islay quarter cask for the remainder of its maturation. This has imparted a gentle smokiness onto the sweet, creamy and fruity spirit and it's a match made in heaven. The Nagahama distillery have really showcased their talents with each single malt they have released and this is another beauty to add to the list. Fantastic.
