This superb, limited edition single cask release is one of the latest released from the up and coming Shizuoka Distillery. It was distilled in 2018 and matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for 3 years before bottling in 2021 at cask strength. It brings a delicious array of tasting notes to the table and, as a single cask whisky, is limited to just 263 bottles, making it highly collectable.
