This brilliant single malt whisky from the up and coming Shizuoka Distillery is a private cask bottling that was created for Chagata Park. It was distilled in 2018 and matured in a bourbon cask before bottling it 2021. Expect helpings of fresh fruits, vanilla, subtle cinnamon spice and gentle oak to be the stars of the show and they don't disappoint. Another fantastic expression from a promising distillery.
