This new-make spirit was created at the Saburomaru distillery,the only whisky distillery in Hokuriku. Named Zemon, it was made in unique bell shaped pot stills that help to create a smooth and intricate new-make that, once matured for the correct amount of years, will eventually become quality whisky. This bottle gives you the opportunity to get a taste of what's to come from Saburomaru, and it's certainly worth getting excited about.
