This Ootori Japanese Blended Whisky, matured for 15 years, was created by the Mercian Corporation, owner of the Karuizawa and Kawasaki distilleries. There is a high chance that at least some whisky from these distilleries is present in this bottle and it's incredibly delicious. Rich wood, white pepper and brown sugar mingle with lemon zest, spiced oak and caramel in this well-rounded and balanced expression.
