The original Jizhou ripe plum wine is matured in the whiskey cask held by Changbin Steaming
Company, so that it has the oak aroma of whiskey cask, and then blended with malt whiskey.
It is a barrel-aged, malt whisky blended plum wine. Make it taste more mellow. The sweetness
of the plum wine itself adds to the whisky aroma, giving it a rich, rich flavour. The aroma gives
the barrel a vanilla flavor. The fruity, mellow elements of whiskey combine with the acidity of
plum wine to create a more intense flavor. Can be served straight or on the rocks.
