This is a stunning and delicious Shochu produced at the Mori Ikura brewery in Tarumi City in the Kagoshima prefecture. The brewery is known for creating exquisite expressions of shochu and sake and this 18 Year Old is yet another gem. It comes packaged in a typical Japanese ceramic bottle held inside a beautiful brown wooden box that can also act as a display case. This is one the best Shochus we have tried in recent times and we would highly recommend getting your hands on a bottle.
