Raw caramel, milk-chocolate and vanilla ice-cream, with raspberry and tangerine. 

On the Palate

Dried mandarin orange, wine grapes, bittersweet chocolate and fruit-gum.

The Finish

Oak-derived sweetness with a peculiar tannic bitterness lingering, along with mild grain sweetness.
