Shinshu Mars Distillery produces some of our favourite Japanese single malts and whiskies. This single malt komagatake whisky was distilled at the Mars Shinshu distillery in 2014 and was matured for at least 3 years. As what the name indicates, it was aged on the small island of Yakushima.
