This single cask Mars Komagatake was distilled in 2012 and matured for 7 years in an American white oak hogshead cask before being bottled and released for the Tokyo Whisky Festival in 2019. It contains whisky peated to 50ppm and brings an intriguing range of notes to the table including vanilla, light citrus fruits and sweet honey that combine superbly with a gentle smokiness. A rare and unique expression that you'll struggle to fine elsewhere online.
