This Mars Komagatake IPA Finish is a 2022 release that was distilled at the famous Shinshu Distillery and matured for a number of years before being given a finishing period in an IPA cask. The maturation has imparted sweet, hoppy and spicy notes onto the smooth spirit and they work in tandem on your nose and palate to create a memorable drinking experience.
