This exciting Mars Fukuoka Phoenix and Sun Limited Edition was distilled at the Mars Shinshu distillery in 2014 and matured in a single bourbon hogshead cask until being bottled and released in 2021. It brings rich, fruity and vibrant notes to the table, including tangy citrus, candied peels, gentle brown sugar, vanilla and subtle oak. It's another superb addition to a wonderful series of single cask bottlings that is limited to just 212 bottles.
