A stunning new expression from our favourite gin distillery in all of Japan - The Kyoto Distillery. This was launched to celebrate their 5th Anniversary and it delivers in every way imaginable. For this one, the distillery used the same recipe as that of their award-winning Ki No Bi gin, but tweaked it to ensure the flavours work at a slightly higher abv of 50%. Ki No Bi Go uses the same 11 botanicals, macerated and distilled in the same 6 Elements as classic Ki No Bi, with the exception that ‘akamatsu’ (red pine) has been used in the base element in place of hinoki. The results are a mouth watering expression that is up there with our favourite Japanese gins of all time. Truly magnificent.
