This brilliant Kavalan Solist Cask expression was matured in sherry wood, giving it a wonderful rich and spicy flavour profile that will take several drams to explore. As with all Solist bottlings, it comes from a single cask and is therefore highly limited in numbers. This one was created by then Kavalan Master Distillery, Ian Chang, for Takashimaya, and it's nothing short of a work of art.
