This Kavalan Peated Y's Cask whisky is another superb release from our favourite Taiwanese distillery. Kavalan have been releasing some brilliant expressions in recent years and this is another one to add to that list. It brings citrus fruits, subtle spices, freshly buttered toast and cereals, all backed up by a gentle peat smoke that builds as you sip.
