This Karuizawa Vintage 1977 single malt is a highly collectible expression from Japan's legendary, silent distillery. It was matured in a sherry cask for 31 years before being bottled at cask strength in 2009. As with many Karuizawas, the liquid is a very dark color as a result of the sherry maturation and it holds a wealth of luxurious notes inside. With only 216 bottles released, this is one for the collectors out there.
