Karuizawa is the gold standard of rare Japanese whisky. The distillery closed its doors in 2011, although it had not been producing whisky for over a decade. This particular bottle was matured in a sherry cask and bottled for the 'Noh Whisky' series. The art work on the label is taken from the play "Ama", which translates as "The Fisher Girl". Only 528 bottles were released exclusively for the French market. Very rare and highly collectible.
