The latest release from the up and coming Kanosuke distillery, this wonderful New Born release was created from peated spirit and matured in a white oak cask for 24 months. As such, it is not yet actually whisky, but as with the previous New Born releases, it offers a glimpse into what we can expect from Kanosuke in the years ahead, allowing us to join them on their exciting journey. This expression is surprisingly complete for such young spirit and one that every fan of Ji-whisky should get their hands on.
