This outstanding single cask whisky from the fast rising Kanosuke Distillery was distilled in 2018 and matured in an ex-IPA cask before bottling in 2021. The cask has had profound effects on the young, but flavour packed spirit, imparting a dark mahogany colour onto the liquid along with aromas of burnt orange peel, charred oak, fresh citrus and much more.
