The Kanosuke Double Distillery 2025 is a premium Japanese whisky crafted exclusively from two house-distilled spirits, each contributing its own distinctive character. This limited release brings together the refined, gently sweet profile of Single Malt Kanosuke with the boldly aromatic, spice-driven intensity of Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still. Through meticulous blending, the distillery uncovered a harmonious “golden ratio” that elevates both components. 

Matured in a selection of re-charred ex-shochu casks, sherry casks and rum-influenced oak, the 2025 edition delivers a luxurious depth. Bottled at 59% ABV and released in limited quantities, it’s worth adding to your collection while stocks last.
