The Kanosuke Distillery is quickly making a name for itself as one of the very best whisky producers in Japan today. This new 3 Year Old release makes up part of their exciting Glover Collection and it delivers a delicious array of aromas and flavours on the nose, palate and finish. It is a single cask whisky that was distilled in late 2018 and matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for just over 3 years before being bottled and released for the Tokyo Whisky Festival in 2022. The whisky comes in a beautifully designed bottle that features an elegant image of a fish on the label. It's simple and minimalist but also gorgeous in its own right.
