Chichibu distillery is a small distillery with only nine full-time employees, it is owned by Venture whisky which was founded in 2004 in Chichibu city, Saitama just outside of Tokyo, hence its name. This particular bottle was distilled in 2006. It was first aged from 2006 until 2012 in Kentucky, U.S., and then from 2012 to 2017 at the Chichibu distillery, before being bottled in 2017. It is a double oak American style whiskey that was released for the 1st anniversary of Ken's Bar in Tokyo. Only 238 bottles ever released, so get yours quickly!
