Owned by Venture whisky, the Chichibu distillery was founded in 2004 in Chichibu city, Saitama, just outside of Tokyo (hence its name). This particular offering from the great Ichiro Akuto was exclusively bottled for TOBU department stores and is a unique single cask blended whisky. This means that malt and grain whiskies from single casks were blended together. This bottle also comes with another individual bottle, the Kyoto Ki Noh Bi Ex-Karuizawa Sherry Cask Dry Gin.
