The Chichibu distillery is a small distillery with only nine full-time employees; it is owned by Venture Whisky, which was founded in 2004 in Chichibu city, Saitama, just outside of Tokyo, hence its name. This special set includes two bottles for the Tokyo Bar Show, the Tokyo Bar Show 2015, and Tokyo Bar Show 2016. The 2015 bottle is from a fresh oak cask, it was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2015. Only 299 bottles were ever released. The 2016 on the other hand is from a bourbon barrel and was distilled in 2011, then bottled in 2016. As everything else from the Chichibu distillery, this set is highly recommended!
