A stunning single cask Chichibu whisky that was distilled in 2011 and matured in a cask that had previously housed beer before being bottled at cask strength in 2018. The cask has imparted notes of summer fruits and gentle hops onto the incredible Chichibu liquid and, as usual, they're delivered with an balance and smoothness that only the best distilleries can create. The label and box feature a beautiful artistic drawing that really makes this whisky stand out among the crowd. With only 229 bottles produced, it's also highly collectable.
