Chichibu distillery is a small distillery with only nine full-time employees. The distilleryis owned by Venture whisky, which was founded in 2004 in Chichibu city, Saitama, just outside of Tokyo (hence its name). This particular offering form Ichiro’s Range was exclusively released for Modern Malt Whisky Market. This Single Cask whisky was distilled in 2011 and aged in a Bourbon barrel until being bottled in 2017. As witheverything else from the Chichibu distillery, it is highly recommended.
