Suntory's annual sakura-cask-finished Hibiki, released to coincide with Japan's cherry-blossom season. Malt whisky from Yamazaki and Hakushu, grain from Chita, finished for a short period in rare Japanese sakura (cherry) wood casks.
The result reads as recognisably Hibiki, with an added floral top note that only sakura wood produces.
