Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2023 marks the third release in Suntory’s much-loved annual series - a celebration of spring, renewal, and the beauty of harmony itself.

Each year, this collection reimagines the signature Hibiki blend through the delicate lens of sakura cask finishing, offering something both rare and poetic.

Crafted using malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita, this limited release draws its character from an extra layer of maturation in cherry blossom wood casks - a process that imparts elegant floral notes and an ethereal, almost serene sweetness. Though no age statement is disclosed, the core components are believed to be aged over a decade before their sakura finish, lending depth to the whisky’s gentle, layered profile.
