Karuizawa is the gold standard of rare Japanese whisky. Although the distillery closed its doors in 2011, it had not produced any whisky for over a decade. This Karuizawa whisky was produced to commemorate the Hanshin Tigers Central League Championship of 1985. This is a very rare commodity, which, like all other Karuizawa bottles, is bound to become more valuable as time passes.
