Monde Shuzo was established in 1952 in the town of Isawa, situated in Yamanashi prefecture, just west of Tokyo. This 10 year old Japanese whisky bottle was released in partnership with Whiskies du Monde. The name 'Fujikai' originates from Monde Shuzo, being located at the base of Mount Fuji, in what was the Kai Province. 8,808 bottles were released and matured in bourbon casks. This excellent and affordable Ji-whisky is perfect for those who'd like to try something new.
