This Eigashima single malt was distilled at the Akashi White Oak distillery and matured in sherry casks that have imparted a dark golden colour on the liquid along with rich notes of toasted oak, winter berries, dates and gentle spices. It's another great expression from the up and coming distillery that is well worth getting your hands on.
