Full of spices and peatiness, the Chichibu Golden Horse 12 Year is a one-of-a-kind, full-bodied dram from the distillery, Chichibu. Aged for 12 years, this Japanese single malt was bottled at cask strength (straight from one barrel) in July 2008. Chichibu Distillery, owned by Venture Whisky Ltd., is a small, yet distinguished, whisky distillery that specializes in unique whiskies that tend to be more on the peaty, full-bodied side of the whisky flavor spectrum.
