This single malt from Chichibu was matured in a Bourbon cask and was a special release for the Whisky Live Tokyo to give visitors a taste of what Chichibu could do. In other words, this is the perfect example of what Ichiro is capable of. Described as being overall hot, dry, and spicy when consumed on its own, the flavor completely changes when mixed with water; then a taste of lemon and nutmeg can be felt. A truly excellent and mysterious whisky for all fans of Chichibu.
