The Omnis range, meaning everything in Latin, is one of the top ranges by the Chateau Mercian winery. A Bordeaux-style blend of, mostly, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the gorgeous expression brings chocolate, vanilla, and mocha through swirling on the nose. The notes move to the palate, atop a smooth, oily mouth feel, and are joined by strawberries and cherries. Strong tannins and a satisfying complexity makes this a wonderful wine.
